We do not accept any liability arising from such errors, omissions, interruptions or delays or any ongoing obligation or responsibility to operate this web site (or any particular part thereof), or to provide the service offered on the web site. We may vary the specification of this site from time to time without prior notice.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete, some of the information is supplied to us by third parties and we are unable to check the accuracy or completeness of that information. We do not accept any liabilities arising from any inaccuracy or omission in any of the information on this site supplied by you, any other site user or any other person.

The courts of England are to have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in conjunction with the use of this web site or any agreement made through this web site. 


Changes to Terms and Conditions and Invalidity:

Our web site terms and conditions may be changed by us at any time and without prior notice. You will be deemed to accept the terms and conditions (as amended) when you next use this site following any such amendment.  If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. 


Payment Options:

Full payment is due in advance of any work being undertaken by us.   We accept payment in a variety of methods including: Paypal, all major debit and credit cards, bank transfer, over the counter bank payments, CHAPS & SWIFT, cash, personal cheques and major debit and credit cards.  Payment is due in advance of any work commencing and must be in cleared funds; personal cheques need to be cleared and this can take up to 7 business days, (consult your bank for more details).

Telephone Consultations, CV’s, Training Modules and Career Management Services are offered in accordance with our fees as outlined within our Products, Services and Fees advertised on our website: http://www.thefilmorecv.co.uk  


Completion of Professional CV Writing Services:

You will be contacted to review your CV via telephone and/or email.. If your telephone consultation is conducted outside of business hours, then the 5 working days will be calculated from the next business day, following your consultation.   All CV's will be formatted in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format unless otherwise agreed at the time of consultation. If you want to convert your CV into an alternative format then you will do so at your own risk.  Any amendments made by you following your receipt of your new CV that have been made without prior agreement, will result in no further work being undertaken or guarantees being upheld.


Aftercare Terms and Conditions for Professional CV Writing Service:

Within one to five days: We offer continuous care and amendments to your CV during the time that your CV is being written through to satisfactory completion of the document, up to a maximum of two weeks of your commissioning us to write your CV.  Requests for alterations must be made by email.  Such request(s) will be deemed to have expired five clear working days from sending this email.  You must email the document, highlighting the required alterations to us.  Alterations will be made within 7 clear working days of your email being received.

Within eight to twelve weeks:If you have not been invited to interview within the first 8 weeks of completion of your CV, we guarantee to review your CV against jobs for which you are applying.  Please email your CV and 5 relevant job advertisements stating the remuneration or level of position, together with your expected salary to us and we will undertake an objective appraisal of the document, free of charge, within 5 working days. 


Complaints Procedure:

When a complaint is received, the full details will be recorded in the Complaint Log, including emails, letters and telephone calls. 

A response will be made to the customer within 5 clear working days.

Where the complaint is of a more complex nature and requires further investigation, the customer will be contacted within 5 clear working days and advised of this. The customer will be given an indication of how soon a full response will be made.  Where it is not possible for a complaint to be resolved, the customer will be given a clear explanation in writing.  A Director will review the Complaint Log on a quarterly basis.  Where this highlights a particular problem or pattern, this will be investigated and all necessary remedial action will be undertaken.


Cancellation Policy for Purchased Services:

Distance Selling Regulations shown here, negates your rights to cancel, as your contract commences when payment is received from you.

Distance Selling Regulations:

The supply of services and personalised goods, as outlined in Distance Selling Regulations 13, "the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10", 13:1A and 13:1C in respect of contracts for the supply of services if the performance of the contract has begun with the consumer's agreement; before the end of the cancellation period.

However, we recognise that clients can have a change of circumstance and therefore offer a cancellation policy that balances the cost of our Administration Costs, Cancellation of Consultants Diary and Research Work undertaken, prior to a booking:

Up to 7 clear working days prior to your appointed consultation - 5% will be deducted from the refund;

Up to 4 clear working days prior to your appointed consultation - 25% will be deducted from the refund;

Up to 2 clear working days prior to your appointed consultation - 50% will be deducted from the refund;

Cancellation on the day, or once work commences, payment is non-refundable.
